DO YOU HELP WITH PLANNING FOR THE EVENT OR SESSION?
Absolutely. I place a high value on preparing my clients for the services they book. You're spending your hard-earned money, so it's my job to get everything right from the first consultation call to delivering the finished photos. Every client gets at least one pre-shoot meeting to discuss the itinerary, must-have shots, venue/site details, preferred style choices, etc.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
Life happens, so I'll do everything in our power to help if something comes up. Rescheduling is dependent on my availability. Unfortunately, due to tight scheduling, cancelled shoots will not have the initial deposit refunded, which is a standard practice in the industry.
DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL FILES, PRINTS, OR ALBUMS?
All of the above! All my packages include access to your own high-resolution photo gallery that can be accessed at anytime. Images can be downloaded directly from the gallery at your leisure.
I also give my clients two sets of finished photos: one optimized for sharing on screens (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.), and another set that's optimized for printing. This is included for all of my clients, regardless of the type of service or package your purchased.
I also work with multiple print services, so whatever your budget is, you'll have plenty of options.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS?
This is dependent on the type of service you requested. However, I generally have photos completed within 2 weeks after an event or session. The exact turnaround time will be clearly stated in your contract. Depending on the package you select, I also offer a preview gallery that's accessible within 48 hours.
What most people don't realize about professional photography is how in-depth the editing process is. For every hour spend shooting, it takes at least 4-5 hours to process and edit those photos. Each photo is personally edited by me. This includes making lighting adjustments, intentional color correction, cropping, removal of distracting background elements (e.g. Exit signs, lint of a shirt, minor blemish removal), etc.
Retouching is also offered in some packages. This is a much more advanced, pixel-level focus on refining a photo. It includes things like skin smoothing, teeth whitening, removal of wrinkles on clothes, manipulating physical environments, etc.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay whatever way is most convenient for you. I accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, personal check, money order, and cash.
WHAT IS MOBILE STUDIO?
Mobile Studio is the studio that comes to you. Whether it's home, work, or some other location, I have everything needed to capture portraits at a location that works best for you.
All of my studio equipment is portable and battery operated. The only thing I'd need from you is a space to set it up. Equipment takes approximately 15-20 minutes to set up and pack up. This time is not counted toward your professional coverage time.
HOW DO PRINT CREDITS WORK?
I offer personalized printing services through an industry-leading professional photo laboratory. If your package includes print credits, you can apply them directly toward custom photo books, heirloom-grade albums, or standard prints. I’ll handle the design and ordering process to ensure your images are perfectly prepared for print, and have them shipped directly to your door.
You will also receive a high-resolution digital gallery of your images with full download rights. While you have complete flexibility to use your own consumer print services, utilizing your print credits ensures your memories are preserved with professional-grade color accuracy and paper quality.
