How does this whole process work?
1. FILL OUT THE FORM AND BOOK
Fill out the Event or Portrait Questionnaire Form (by clicking "Book an Event" or "Book a Session" above). I'll review the form and personally reply with a detailed response within 24 hours. If you decide to move forward with booking, I'll send you a contract to review and sign. After electronically signing the contract, I'll send you an invoice. Once the deposit is received, the event or session will be secured on my booking calendar.
2. CALL OR ZOOM MEETING
Planning is one of the most important elements on the process. Every service I offer includes a pre-event/session call or meeting. This serves to lay the foundation for a seamless, stress-free experience. It allows us to touch base on the timeline, logistical details, and sorting out other odds and ends. Most importantly, we align our creative forces with my technical precision to ensure a highly curated final gallery.
3. PICTURE TIME AND EDITING
On the day of the event or session, I'll arrive early to prepare. After shooting the event or session, I begin the process of culling (removing any photos that were shot that don't meet my standard). From there, I dive into the editing process (and retouching, depending on your package), carefully evaluating and perfecting each photo.
4. DELIVERING PHOTOS
Once the photos have been completed, I upload them to a private gallery for you to view. You can view, share, and download the photos directly from the gallery (one at a time or the whole thing at once). You'll also have the option to purchase curated print products through me. If you want to print your own photos, I supply a link where you can access all of your photos in a format that's optimized for printing with no additional cost to you.
WHAT IS THE MOBILE STUDIO?
Mobile Studio is the studio that comes to you. Whether it's home, work, or some other location, I have everything needed to capture portraits at a location that works best for you.
All of my studio equipment is portable and battery operated. The only thing I'd need from you is a space to set it up. Equipment takes approximately 15-20 minutes to set up and pack up. This time is not counted toward your professional coverage time.
What can I do with Print Credits?
I offer personalized printing services through an industry-leading professional photo laboratory. If your package includes print credits, you can apply them directly toward custom photo books, heirloom-grade albums, or standard prints. I’ll handle the design and ordering process to ensure your images are perfectly prepared for print, and have them shipped directly to your door.
You'll also receive a high-resolution digital gallery of your images with full download rights. While you have complete flexibility to use your own consumer print services, utilizing your print credits ensures your memories are preserved with professional-grade color accuracy and paper quality.
